Time management can be a wonderful way to be mindful of your wellness- creating physical mental and emotional well-being. By managing your time wisely, you can schedule-in/appoint times for your priorities such as work, self-care, yoga, (& if you need to- meals), etc.
Try taking time out of your week, at least once a week, to write down things you have to do, things you want to do- and create your ideal week. It might help your mind to know that one moment is dedicated to one task, and other tasks will have their designated moments when the time comes; allowing you to be present and worry less. Go with the flow, adjust as needed, but try to be consistent.
P.S, the perfect day to do this is on a goal/intention setting day!
P.S.S. Actually writing down your goals helps your brain process it a little more. Make it real! May all your vibes say, I’ve got this– because you do!
