Class cancellation

▪ All classes require a 6-hour cancellation notice. A $15 penalty fee will be charged if you do not show up or cancel your class reservation in advance of the 6-hour cancellation period.

▪ You cannot book a new class until the fee is paid. This policy applies to everyone; Members with class packages will be charged the penalty fee. The unused class will be credited to your account for a future class.

Membership Freeze/ Hold 

Members can set up a hold on unlimited memberships. Membership hold requests must be submitted at least seven days in advance. To set up a hold, please call the front desk or email us at [email protected].

 

Membership cancellation 

To submit a membership cancellation, please email us at [email protected]. All monthly membership contracts will continue to auto-renew unless the proper request has been submitted. Per the terms and conditions of your membership, Requests must be made 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle. 

Refund

▪ All memberships and class passes are non-transferable, nonrefundable, and have a fixed expiration date.

▪ Items, unopened and unused, will be refunded within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. 

Schedule changes

Schedule subject to change. Classes may be cancelled by the management, teachers may be substituted or removed, class times may be altered or the days on which they operate may change.
