Minimal Flow: meaning each pose is held for 30-60 seconds, poses are not all connected in a flow they are performed one pose after another with rest in between. This class is fun for all levels of Yoga students!
Strengthen and tone your abs! Class is lead by music in a heated environment. Flow/static sequences vary intensity with concentration on connecting breath to movement. Pilates based class with the addition of hand weights and ankle weights. Tone your whole body with an emphasis on increasing your core strength. Excellent class for students with a beginning and consistent Vinyasa flow practice. Modifications and adjustments provided.
This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.
Essentially, Hot barre classes mix elements of pilates, ballet, hot yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music.
